For those who will be using the model "The Blood of Clifford", I thought I'd pass along a couple of suggestions.
The passage in the text begins with line 143. I suggest that you add line 142 at the beginning:
"Armour rusting in his halls"
I found a couple of interesting websites this morning. The first has the full text with notes. If you happen to be studying the late middle ages, reading the whole poem might be worth the time.
The next two sites give the history of the Clifford family and offer some insights into the historical context; especially the part of the poem that appears in CWP.
