This term is used on page 10 and I'm not clear about what it means. I'm familiar with metaphorical language, figurative language, etc. Cannot really find a clearn explanation online either. I'm assuming it has something to do with word painting with rhymes, repetition, etc?

Figural is by dictionary definition: adjective - "Of, consisting of, or forming a pictorial composition of human or animal figures." So "figural language" would be languate that forms pictorial compositions of human or animal figures. Page 10 in which of our books?? It's not a term I would have used, but I have to say that carefully, because perhaps it was in a book I wrote? (LOL!!) Does that help? Lene
