Difference Between 2003 edition and 2005 edition

What is the difference between the 2003 edition of Classical Writing Poetry for Beginners and the current offering of 2005 edition? Can I use either one with the student workbooks A and B and the instructor's guide?

There are no differences between the 2003 edition and the 2005 one, except for the binding. Either one can be used with the Poetry for Beginners workbooks and instructor's guides.
